Welcome all to the MinnesotaState Society of American Medical Technologist Web Site. As mentioned before this is a work in progress. We are moving into the electronic communication age and learning as we go. My hopes for this year is to have the State Society News Letter on the site and to collect as many e-mails as possible to have a data base to easily communicate with the membership. As noted in the Legislative up date the Licensure bill has been withdrawn for 2008 and we are working on reintroduction for 2009.
Exciting News for 2009 is that the AMT National Convention will be held in Minneapolis Jun 22-27th. I hope that many of you can take advantage of the Minnesota national meeting, Meet our national leaders and catch the AMT bug and become active activists for AMT and the Laboratory Profession.
